The location was convenient to many attractions.

The breakfast service was AWFUL. One morning, I waited over 20 minutes for fried eggs. I had to ask multiple staff members. The fruit salad was EMPTY, and they did not bother to refill it, just UNACCEPTABLE. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. This is NOT the level of service I expect at this price.

Wonderful Stay

excellent team thermal bath piano playing

I found that the front desk team members were excellent. I also enjoyed the thermal bath a lot. Piano playing in the bar was an amazing experience as well.

I have noticed a slight delay at breakfast one morning when I requested fried eggs, which took some time to arrive.

The hotel is perfectly situated right next to the park, a very good place for children. I found it convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and shops. The location allowed easy access to many attractions.

I took advantage of the spa , and it has a sun terrace. There is a spacious parking garage available who arrive by car. I also appreciated the option for charging electric vehicles.

The Maitre at the Orangery Restaurant provided excellent service to all guests. I was pleased with the attentiveness and care shown by the staff. I also enjoyed the good food available there .

Every staff member shown true kindness to me. Nicolai's warm greeting was lovely, and Justin and Pierre were constant professionals. This hotel is in a great location, so it works for travelers. I found the hotel to be immaculate and lovely.

I did discover that the room lacked a modern coffee machine. This was just a very minor detail.

The hotel offers a wonderful pool. It features mineral spring water that makes swimming special. Valet Parking Service quickly took my car to the garage, so I could focus on relaxation.

The room included comfortable seating, with two chairs. Fresh water was restocked every day. That was a nice convenience after a long day. It was a spacious room.
