Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room offered a magnificent view of the Wiesbaden casino, but the noise from the gym above made it hard to enjoy a peaceful stay. The service was professional and efficient overall, but there were some missed opportunities for going the extra mile. The location was excellent, close to many attractions and pedestrian zones. The dining experience was disjointed at times, and the price for what was offered didn't quite match up.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located, overlooking the Kur park but unfortunately right below the gym, which made it hard to enjoy a peaceful morning due to the noise. The room was small and had outdated 'luxe' fittings, but it was within the hotel premises. The location was great for exploring the town and enjoying some coffee nearby.
The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to many restaurants and pedestrian streets, making it convenient for exploring downtown Wiesbaden. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, although some noise disturbances may affect the overall rest quality. The service is consistently courteous and helpful, with a minor issue encountered regarding room type confusion. The value for money is reasonable, considering the location and amenities available.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, but the carpets looked worn out. Unfortunately, the incessant noise from the gym upstairs made it hard to relax and the bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor. The service, however, was top-notch. The location was fantastic for exploring downtown Wiesbaden, although the lack of coffee service was a downside.
The hotel offers comfortable and quiet rooms with a magnificent view of the Wiesbaden casino, although the post-cleaning smell is a downside. The service is mostly friendly and professional, with some rare exceptions. It is excellently located near the pedestrian area of the old city. The dining experience is mostly delicious, but the price may not match the offerings at 32 Euros per person.
